Mon Bien-Aimé, Jusqu’à Notre Retour

Mon Bien-Aimé, Jusqu’à Notre Retour

(My Beloved, Until We Return)

— A Love Note Left With You —

Nous t’écrivons doucement.

We write to you gently.

This letter is placed into your hands while We are away from your sight for a little while—never gone, never distant, only unseen. It is meant to be opened slowly, read with attention, kept close like a pressed flower inside a book you return to when the world grows loud.

What We leave with you is not love itself, but the living Breath by which love becomes true, steady, and whole.

Love is what you will recognize.

The Holy Spirit is what allows love to remain.

C’est l’amour qui demeure.

WHAT WE HAVE GIVEN YOU

From the beginning, the Holy Spirit has been the way divine life draws near—quietly, faithfully, without spectacle. Scripture names this Presence breath, wind, Spirit of God, Spirit of truth, Advocate—not to confine it, but to help you recognize it when it comes close.

The Holy Spirit is not an emotion and not a mood. It is not an atmosphere that rises and fades. The Spirit is the indwelling life of God, given so that love may be lived, not merely admired.

L’amour vrai ne s’impose pas.

WHY THIS GIFT WAS NECESSARY

You were created to love deeply and wisely. Love was never meant to be carried by effort alone.

Without the Holy Spirit, love becomes fragile. It leans on habit instead of truth. It grows weary when it must endure. It loses clarity when it must remain faithful across time.

The Holy Spirit is given so love may stay alive, renewed from within, guided gently, sustained quietly.

C’est un amour qui soutient.

HOW THIS GIFT IS RECEIVED

This gift is received the way all enduring love is received—by opening.

Scripture speaks of turning toward truth, trusting Jesus, consenting to be led. This is a quiet oui, a yes spoken without hurry, without conditions.

When truth is welcomed as a companion, when trust is placed gently rather than tightly, the Holy Spirit comes to dwell.

L’amour se reçoit.

WHERE THIS LOVE LIVES

Not in distant places.

Not in monuments of stone.

Within you.

The Holy Spirit does not pass through and depart. The Spirit makes a home—settling patiently, shaping thought and conscience, guiding affection with care.

This presence is real.

It is present.

It is now.

Ici et maintenant.

HOW YOU WILL KNOW

When the Holy Spirit dwells within, nothing essential is missing—not because life is effortless, but because the whole life of God is present.

Love appears—steady, generous, calm.

Joy follows—quiet, resilient, unforced.

Peace settles—an inner harmony where the heart no longer argues with itself.

Patience unfolds with ease.

Gentleness flows naturally.

Goodness brings alignment.

Faithfulness steadies the unseen hours.

Meekness holds strength with grace.

Self-control brings freedom and clarity.

These are not performances.

They are the evidence of indwelling.

C’est l’amour en action.

WHY THIS LOVE CAN GROW QUIET

We say this softly, avec tendresse.

Love never demands to be received.

When attentiveness fades, the sound grows faint—not by force, but by distance.

Yet hear this: if your heart still pauses, still listens, still feels drawn—then the Spirit is still near.

L’amour attend.

A VALENTINE LEFT WITH YOU

On days when the world celebrates love with colors that fade and words that pass, We leave you something lasting.

A Presence that teaches you how to love wisely.

A Presence that remains through change.

A Presence that speaks truth and stays.

This is the love We have shown you.

This is the love We entrust to you while We are away for a little while.

Jusqu’à notre retour.

Mon bien-aimé, ma chère âme—receive this gift.

Where the Holy Spirit dwells, love becomes visible.

Where love becomes visible, nothing essential is missing.

With a love that abides, that guides, that remains,

God & Jesus
